We do not use assessment responses simply to create artificial claims of performance or organizational benchmarking.
Where aggregated insights are used to improve QuintX methodologies or research, we aim to use information in a form that does not identify the individual or organization unless permission has been obtained.
5. Confidentiality of Assessment and Organizational Information
Your assessment is not public.
QuintX treats identifiable assessment responses and organization-specific diagnostic information as confidential.
We do not publish individual assessment responses, organization-specific scores or diagnostic findings without authorization.
We do not disclose an individual's assessment results to their employer merely because the employer is associated with the participant, unless:
-
the assessment forms part of an agreed corporate program where such reporting has been clearly explained in advance; or
-
the individual has authorized the disclosure.
Similarly, organization-level diagnostic information will not ordinarily be disclosed to unrelated third parties.
We do not sell assessment information.
QuintX does not sell, rent or trade personal data or identifiable assessment information to advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties.
6. Information You Should Not Submit
QuintX assessments are designed to understand transformation capability and strategic challenges.
Unless specifically requested through an agreed confidential engagement, please do not submit:
-
passwords;
-
authentication credentials;
-
account numbers;
-
customer personal data;
-
government identification numbers;
-
payment-card details;
-
classified information;
-
source code;
-
highly sensitive security configurations;
-
or trade secrets that are unnecessary to answer the assessment.
The assessment is intended to identify patterns and capability gaps, not to collect sensitive operational datasets.
7. Automated Assessment Results
Some QuintX assessments may automatically calculate:
-
scores;
-
maturity levels;
-
domain profiles;
-
capability gaps;
-
or recommended development pathways.
These results are generated using predefined QuintX assessment logic based on the answers supplied.
They are intended as indicative professional diagnostic tools, not as definitive audit findings, regulatory determinations, employment decisions, credit decisions or other legally significant automated decisions.
Where deeper organizational conclusions are required, QuintX may recommend a professional assessment involving human review.
8. Sharing Information With Partners
QuintX works with selected professional partners in areas such as education, certification, transformation delivery, technology and professional services.
These may include, where relevant, organizations such as QuintX certification, education or transformation partners.
However, collaboration with a QuintX partner does not automatically give that partner access to your assessment information.
Identifiable information may be shared with a partner where:
-
you specifically request a service involving that partner;
-
you register for a jointly delivered program;
-
the partner is required to administer a service you have requested;
-
you have been informed that the partner will be involved;
-
or another lawful basis permits the processing.
Only information reasonably required for the relevant purpose should be shared.
Where third parties process information on QuintX's behalf, QuintX expects appropriate confidentiality, security and data-protection protections to apply.
Where a service provider processes personal information on behalf of QuintX, appropriate contractual, confidentiality, security and data-protection obligations will apply where required.
9. Service Providers
QuintX may use trusted service providers to operate its digital services, including providers of:

cloud infrastructure;
-
email;

CRM;

meeting scheduling;

These providers may process limited information as required to provide their services.
QuintX seeks to use reputable providers and to limit processing to what is reasonably necessary.
10. International Data Processing
QuintX operates internationally and some technology providers or business partners may process information outside the country in which the individual is located.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, QuintX will seek to use appropriate contractual, organizational or legal safeguards as required by applicable data-protection law.
11. Legal Basis for Processing
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, QuintX may process personal information on one or more of the following grounds:
-
your consent;
-
performance of a service or steps requested by you before entering into an agreement;
-
QuintX's legitimate business interests, where these do not override your privacy rights;
-
compliance with legal obligations;
-
or another lawful basis available under applicable law.
Where consent is relied upon, you may withdraw that consent where legally permitted.

-
submitted an enquiry;

asked for a consultation;
-
provided your details at an event;
-
or otherwise indicated an interest in QuintX.
You may ask us to stop sending marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting us.
We will not interpret completion of an assessment alone as consent to unrelated third-party marketing.
13. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably required for:
-
the purpose for which it was collected;
-
providing requested services;
-
maintaining professional or business relationships;
-
legitimate record keeping;
-
legal obligations;
-
dispute resolution;
-
security;
-
or protection of QuintX's legitimate interests.
Assessment data associated with an identifiable individual or organization may be retained where there is an ongoing professional relationship or legitimate reason to maintain the assessment history.
When identifiable information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize or aggregate it.
QuintX periodically reviews retained personal and assessment information and deletes, anonymizes or aggregates information that is no longer required for a legitimate business, contractual or legal purpose.
14. How We Protect Information
QuintX applies reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information processed.
These may include:
-
controlled access;
-
authentication measures;
-
access limited according to professional need;
-
secure cloud infrastructure;
-
encryption where supported and appropriate;
-
secure communication channels;
-
confidentiality obligations;
-
appropriate backup and recovery practices;
-
monitoring and security controls;
-
and careful selection of technology providers.
No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. However, QuintX aims to manage data proportionately and responsibly and to respond appropriately to suspected security incidents.
15. Your Privacy Rights

and raise a concern about how your information is being handled.

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.

We may need to verify your identity before responding.
16. Corporate Assessments and Employer-Sponsored Programs
Where an organization purchases a QuintX assessment or capability program for its employees or representatives, QuintX will clarify the reporting model applicable to that engagement.
Before identifiable individual results are shared with the sponsoring organization, participants should be informed about:
-
what information will be shared;
-
with whom;
-
for what purpose;
-
and whether reporting will be individual, aggregated or anonymized.
Where appropriate, organization-level reporting may use aggregated results to protect individual participant confidentiality.
17. Independent Assurance and Certification
Where QuintX organizational assurance or certification services are requested, additional information may be required to verify transformation capability, evidence or performance.
Such information will be governed by the terms applicable to that engagement and may include additional confidentiality, assessment and evidence-handling arrangements.
Assessment evidence provided for independent assurance should not automatically be reused for unrelated marketing purposes.
Where QuintX delivery teams and independent assessors are separated to preserve assurance integrity, access to information should be limited according to the role required.
18. Cookies and Analytics
QuintX websites may use cookies or similar technologies for purposes such as:
-
